I am trying to turn off the out of combat fast hp regen on low level characters (my lvl 5 paladin regens ~80 hp in like 5 seconds) but the world setting [EnableLowLevelRegenBoost] doesn't seem to affect it in any way. Is there any known way to force slower regen?
