nvm i see the problem, the cooldown on aimed shot is hardcoded in the core so that its CD can't be affected by any cooldown modifiers.

this is also why removing the spell family flags made the cooldown work, as not having flag 0x00020000 would result in the if statement returning false, and therefore not overriding aimed shots cooldown with the hardcoded 10sec

Is there a way to give my level 80 all the spells for their class but not talent spells or gm spells? I have tried with a few different classes and (For example) my level 80 mage after "learn all my spells" gets all his fire spells as well even without speccing into it.
