Macros are pretty much entirely based in the client and server modules can't really mess with them

Addon wouldn't help as from what i've read from other situations i looked is part of the client indeed but i thought you need the server to confirm what the client sends

I even looked for a way to unlock the clients macro ability for auto casting skills thru macros

no, the server doesn't look at that. I'm sure it doesn't look at much of that, like the client would most likely translate @player to something it sends to the server etc.
