I'm set to the naxx40 phase. But there is no quest or teleport. There should be a crystal in plaguewood.

I didn't see it in IP which is why I asked. I saw the items for it but no zone.

IP with default settings requires you to run through Stratholme UD entrance, first after attunement in order to use the shortcut.
Also, I'm almost sure the crystal is invisible if you're not on the right phase
