Same deal. HeidiSQL went off without a hitch running it as admin, but the worldserver and authserver both did their blip and then gave the same error message

I'm going to say, delete your build folder. Pull from github (update your repo), build and compile again

I think its an issue with mysql interpretting the SOURCE command.
