You get "skin" option when the creature has loot in their skin table i think

Same way you can only pickpock creatures that have a pickpocket loot (even if the character "has pockets")

sure, but I can't seem to find a link between skinning and the skill level needed, not in the skinning_loot_template or any of the creature tables so far

Whats the realm list? Ive seen a somewhat outdated video the guy had to fiddle with mySQL to setup the realmlist or something
