I did however leave the raid and shut down my server yesterday morning before work, think that might have something to do with it? Maybe despite the instance not resetting after the shutdown it still counted as multiple lockouts?

In acore_auth/realmlist my various ips read...
address 192.168.56.1(this is what I have set the realmlist.wtf to in both PCs)
localAddress 127.0.0.1
localSubnetMask 255.255.255.0
port 8085
