it's a bitmask
SELECT * FROM quest_template where AllowableRaces = AllowableRaces | 512
will show you all quests that blood elves can do

Anyone else had issues with Naxx25 where to portal to Saph/KT doesn't work? More specifically, I cleared the Military Quarter but the circle thing that lights up after beating The 4 Horsement isn't lit up, and can't use to teleport orb to KT

oh weird, the orb to teleport me worked after leaving the instance and coming back lmao.. nevermind friends

You will have to go gather the quest IDs and change those
