But even after a successful clone, critical folders like configs/ are missing, which breaks the setup process. I’ve also tried switching to Latest and using the commit hash 86d06d884 directly, but the config templates still don’t appear.

Has the folder layout changed recently or is this a known issue with the v3.3.5 tag?

Thanks for the clarification! I had originally checked out the v3.3.5 tag thinking it was the recommended stable version, but that definitely caused issues — especially with the missing configs/ folder and SQL files.

I've now switched to the master branch as suggested, and everything is working much better. Appreciate the help!

if you used the .acore script and didnt change the config, inside the azerothcore folder should be env/dist folder

after doing the build, the executables and configs (etc) folder will be in there
