I like the formula you use here but I feel like if it requires 450 to get the set exp modifier you should consider doubling the existing value or more

So exp is slow to start and very rewarding at max. Gathering perhaps much less than crafting

So max crafting an orange recipe (an epic item) should be like 10% of a level or more perhaps even 20%

I think I'm going for 6 multiplicators by range
so something set for 1-75, 76-150, 151-225, 226-300, 301-375, 376-450
