before i do a full support request maybe someone knows the answer: in my network i have no issues; standard ports; in the database i am using a hostname for both realm address's (reg + inside network one); both inside and outside it resolves as it should; ports are open on the firewall; when i connect outside the network i can login but just hangs trying to get a world server - ideas?

`reamlist` in the database, hostname to address and use the local ip of the machine in the localaddress, restart the auth and world see if it works

In the `realmlist.wtf` in `data` see if adding the port manually after the hostname fixes it also (assuming that the hostname is not being changed the port somewhere)

You've opened both auth and worldserver ports? make sure the firewall allows it

Cache clear on the client did not fix it.

If anyone can help, I'm absolutely stumped on this one. It seems specifically quest items just have no effect on the game world. Everything else appears to be in order. New install (yesterday) on docker. Only modules are AHBot, Solo Dungeon Finder, and Auto Balance. Haven't changed anything in the DB other than the IP for the server.

Oddly, this also includes Gift of the Naaru- I tried a new character (Draenei) and that quest where it has you go use it on an injured person- it just casts on self instead of the target which is super weird.
