you need to update AzerothCore. that's why you get the AREA_AZSHARA error.

Hey everyone Since a couple days, I'm experiencing issues with the character save upon logout (skills not maintainted, recipes being unlearned, inventory messed up, ...) Is anyone else experiencing similar issues? This looks like it started with either commit cbd8596184f2bf32edc5a83643ec3ef7e13982df (Issue https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothco...pull/22370) or 7ff30f5b30861a5eda40c866407211b08cecc02d (Issue https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothco...pull/22510)

Spells not being saved is due you're not updating the client DBC, they will be removed is what the commit does
