Hi,
I just ran `sudo apt install libmysqlclient-dev mysql-client` and got this output, which means both packages are installed and up to date:

libmysqlclient-dev is already the newest version (8.0.42-0ubuntu0.20.04.1).
mysql-client is already the newest version (8.0.42-0ubuntu0.20.04.1).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.


I will restart the system and try building again.
If the problem persists, I will update you.
