Also, am I crazy for thinking the set up for TrinityCore/AzerothCore is different now? Last time I did it. Like a year ago, the NPCBots were included in one, but now it's a seperate download that you add in during the process
Am I dumb?

NPCBots (and Playerbots) were never a part of the official azerothcore repo.

There's a prepatched version of the core for npcbots (or was), and playerbots has its own fork+module, but that's it

Most servers in Discord don't allow discussion on those addons though, can I ask which one is the correct one for NPCBots or Playerbots here?

When you get it down to muscle memory it takes <= 10 minutes to set everything up, depending on your download speed and CPU speed, but that doesn't include compile time.
