Ooooo ok I tried to change the dbc flags to match the cold flying but it's giving me an error saying I'm in the wrong zone so I guess that's where I'm stuck. Uh should I be finding out which dbc holds the cold flying spell now?

`SPELL_ATTR4_ONLY_FLYING_AREAS` gates whether a mount spell can be used outside of flight areas.
