in effect u enter mask to match spells u want which is defined by their value in itself

but in effect tab spell editor is showing u which spells it will affect so im not sure what is there to think about

I see talent "improved fireball" has a spell effect flag of 1, and fireball has a family flag of 1 (like Throw 38556)

there is 11 families 1 for each class and 2 or 3 general i dont remember
