I was on Windows 11 until recently but gave up on it because it made strange things happen. Streaming on Discord (or recording with OBS) made the game feel slower without actually reducing the FPS, and it was every single game I tried it with. Switched to 10 and issue gone.

I've tested it on 3 PCs so far. 2 nvidia gpus and 1 amd. All running Windows 10 and all have the same issue. I'm copying the game over to a Windows 11 PC I haven't yet reformatted but it only has integrated graphics.

i dont have that issue but my exe has been patched to allow for 64 bit long interger nonsense
