You can check BreakingNews Module it somehow changes that without a client patch but i dont know if it uses an exploit as it can kick people on warden

I found a little bit more information after using a lot of google search parameters. Added the 'modding' keyword as well. Good idea , forgot it myself. It might be interesting for some people, probably not, since it's out of scope for AC & requires client patching / manually rewriting hostfile to redirect IP, however, who knows.
12.129.222.54:80 which translates to domain: (us=client locale) us.scan.worldofwarcraft.com is a request sent to fetch **login** breaking news block (not to be confused with **character** breaking news block)

Other ip though, is fully unknown, nothing to be found, all search engines checked
