You could just upload the whole Cache folder if you want.
Ehm, yeah... I guess I could have mentioned I don't have WotLK items because I never have the time to DL client or anything. I'll try to get them soon though, but I have done the other edits you requested.
The Warglaive edit: Download
To get that to work, place the file in your World of Warcraft/Cache/WDB/enUS (or the equivalent if you're from europe, GB I believe. It's the only folder anyways.)
If you can't figure where that is then I'm sorry, I can't help you.
