Sorry it's so large, compared to the other version, I don't know how it to get it as small. Any pointers?

Just apply it like a regular model edit. Extract the rar. Place in "World of Warcraft\Data" folder, and run wow with your preferred model edit enabling program.
Fun fact: When people /who you, if you are in the emerald forest area or verdant fields areas, it will show up on their screens as you actually being there.
