Or alternatively, just to confirm, you don't have a whitelist in place where if the client pc ip changed randomly, it would suddenly be blocked?

Sounds ro me that the ID likely didn't reset. Try for example going to dalaran, doing ".instance unbind all", then go back. Or, just spawn a temp LK and a temp Fordring into any ICC's LK throne, they should work as normal. You can find the applicable NPC IDs in the boss lich king script. Note that if the wing bosses haven't been killed first, you will be teleported to light's breach once you enter combat
