There's no one that takes exclusive of the wiki. Everyone and anyone can submit changes to wiki.

Top right of any page "Edit" is there, it will take you to the md file in the github. Fork the repo and submit your changes. Make sure you read the standards for submitting changes to teh wiki and you just improved people's experience
