Maybe I'm missing something here (definitely not unusual lol...), but am I in the right place for editing those spells for the Felguard? I can't seem to find any of the spell IDs associated with it (33698 is the spell ID for Anguish - Rank 1, but it's not showing up in this table). Maybe I'm either in the wrong place or reading it incorrectly?

the spell_dbc table in the database is just an override for server side spells mostly. if you want the original entry, it is in Spell.dbc which is a file in the server's data files. You can either edit it directly with something like WDBX, or the more preferred way for people that arent comfortable inside the dbc itself, theres a spell editor that allows you to modify any spells you want with a clean and intuitive UI <https://github.com/stoneharry/WoW-Spell-Editor>

although for felguard spells you might be able to get away with server side changes only since its just for the server granting them spells at certain levels. i havent played around with server side spells much, all my changes have been heavily client and server together

99% of all entries in the DB are only serverside spells, which cannot be found in the dbc file
