I know it has been asked before about it, and others have basically said "yeah I get it too, but it's no big deal". But for the sake of learning, what is the actual deal with that common error, and why has that waypoint error not been fixed in an update?

That was discussed not long ago and not much came of it. It's trying to load mail server templates but like in your screenshot it said '*Load Mail Server Template...*' on their end but in AC it says '*Load Mail Server definitions...*'.
