Is anyone able to check the scrolls? My players are reporting that they aren’t applying but are being consumed

they don't stack with the common raid buffs of their stat

I know. But, when you apply a stamina buff for example via scroll, it consumes the scroll but doesn’t apply the buff

How difficult would it be to add a new creature Rank? I noticed that there were a few Rank 5 creatures in creature_template; is that active and could that be repurposed? And if so, how would I tell it which portrait border to use? (I'm guessing this is in the Core somewhere, but searching on Rank isn't very helpful.
)
