Download the fork, cmake (the new source, if you want to use the same build and overite the existing AC server just use the same build path, otherwise change), compile and same setup as before with the data, config files etc...

It's exactly the same as stock AC but instead of <https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk> you use <https://github.com/liyunfan1223/azerothcore-wotlk> and as screwed said you also include the module of course. The instructions are no different other than the repo.
