I lumped these into an Eluna command to use all at once
RunCommand("ahbotoptions ahexpire 2")
RunCommand("ahbotoptions ahexpire 6")
RunCommand("ahbotoptions ahexpire 7")
RunCommand("reload conf")
but you can run them separately to reset the ah bot's cached conf settings and remove its auctions, effectively prompting it to repopulate
