Hi guys wanted to ask if anyone has problems with shadowmourne shards? Everytime k want to collect them iz says " that item is being rolled for" but it came never to roll for that item ????

By what eluna wiki says `Sends a trainer window to the Player from the Creature specified` i think outrake doing it right or no?
Idk if the creature / zone was loaded
Edit: or does this uses GUID of that npc?
We are all humans outrake many of the things we look at specially on the phone can be wrong it happens if it's the case
