I havent touched it at all. The MC is resting properly but not this one. I logged out and in... maybe I'll try shutting off the servers and see what happens

It's just rest experience logged out in a inn 15 misn wont give you much rested experience

after 5-10, the experience bar goes from purple to blue and it isnt

The fatest (no changes) way to get rested expereince is logging out at a capital.
You get tick of the bar every 8 hours ish of resting and something else depening on the level

I know. I'm not always looking for rested experience. I want the accrued experience to be blue though
