Doesn't matter the number you place there if you dont change the the loot chance. I dont think you can do negative numbers.
Severed Pincer from a scorpian has 30% chance to drop. Changing that value to 0.1 it will be 30 x 0.1 which would mean you have a 33% total chance of getting that item
