Have you ever realised when youre in GM and see you a lot of things an dwhen you get out of GM you stop seeing them? Majority of thigns have a phase (tends to be 1, normal) anything higher is a different "layer" if you want to like that. Like when you get instanced in retail

Let's say that you complete this quest you get set to phase 2, people whom havent completed it can't see you now.

I can't expalin how it works but. The sum of phases allows you the see the others.
Example 1 + 7 = 8
So someone on phase 8 could see phase 7 and 1 (i think that's the correct way)
