No, just when people mess around with the technical part that they have no idea how it works or just minimal knowledge, it's enough to have issues like now, not having the correct password in that config so you cant start the server.

It's just the username and password that authserver and worldserver use to connect to the MySQL server. Limited (preferably non-existent) access from the outside is ideal for those.
