Some might, but overall that's a clear no.
Don't get me wrong, it's fine to have a personal server with public access. A lot of us to. But it needs more than just a couple of pre-printed setup steps for a public server to be save and sound.

In other words, one can not expect to run an enterprise quality service without Enterprise-Grade networking and security employees, actively taking care of it.
