Apply the patch using patch -p1 < NPCBots.patch command (git apply NPCBots.path may not work) Should i just copy into git bash or CMD or something?

Hello, isnt a problem, it's more like a question, once i can't find anything that can explain how to.
The most close i get the information is here: https://wowwiki-archive.fandom.com/wiki/ItemLink // https://www.ownedcore.com/forums/world-o...fixes.html or even looking at the cs's scripts for solution.
Ok, how can i .additem with random suffix defined and, if possible, with enchant. Example:
Item: Tumultuous Cloak - Id. 51994
RandomSuffix: of the Battle - Id.72 (-72, on this case)
Enchant: Lesser Agility - Id.849.
I would love to indicate if theres already informated this, put it in https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/gm-commands description idk. Can be a noob question, but its an honest question, thank you

There's no command that allows you to add enchant to your weapon to my knowledge (via .additem)
