no, it's in the database, but it needs to be in files with the extension .dbc format

Another question is how do I get spells to refresh rather than cast new instances of something? Is that handled by spell scripts or can I make a few database edits somewhere?

e.g. if my spell were a custom mark of the wild, and I cast it, how do I refresh the time or use the new spell rather than cast a new instance of mark of the wild to where there's two of them
