If i change these vaues, does it mean that monsters in the world will have more chance to drop loot based on the value i chnaged ? Common 2 meaning that common stuff will be found 2times easier than the original game value ?

For anyone else running into this, it looks like it's in the env/dist/etc/modules folder. Just rename the .conf.dist to .conf

Acore-docker is pre compiled. You can't add cpp to it.
