Well if you run that query that's in heidisql by clicking the blue play button at the top it should create the databases again

This is just database-related, has nothing to do with HeidiSQL or the core.

I just.. don't know how to recover it. I guess download the files from the mysql github repo and import it to re-create the sys database but I've never done that
