This appears to have been an issue with at least the individual progression module. The sql scripts in that repo are in `/sql/world/`. I moved them into a new folder `/data/sql/db-world` and now the sql scripts are ran correctly. im not sure why that caused an issue with the AH bot module, maybe when the first module failed to load the sql it threw and stopped the next one from running. regardless, I got it working

1 more update just to round it all out for anyone who may run into a similar issue: the individual progress mod has optional sql scripts that you can choose not to run, that is why they dont have it set up to get them all pulled in automatically. You have to copy the scripts into the data/sql/custom folder first, choosing whether or not to include the optional ones. This is actually somewhat covered in their wiki but it is a bit buried
