Yes, the cloud flare fork is a little faster. But in the grand scheme of things not sure it matters much lol
Yes, movement batching existed on retail in 3.3.5 - except on warmane we abused it to batch much more than that as the smsg_compressed_moves handler actually accepts any opcodes. But we had a severe bandwidth problem, AC does not. ♂️
