close cmake and re-run cmake and generate a new file and try that sln file and see if it gives you errors

You can clear the cache should be enough if needed

still getting boost errors. im going to reinstall boost, see if that helps

You shouldn't need since you define the path for it in the windows variables. But to avoid any issues i would recommend it to remove it
