If the tables for those files are implemented, that's what they're there for. They won't affect the client though.

I couldn't get it working for mana shield, set a value of 2 for spellpower coefficient as per sql above, restarted the server, and it still absorbed the same amount. How can I know if the table is implemented?

I'm not worried about the tooltip, as this doesn't even show the default scaled value, I'm using the combat log and tallying the absorb amounts until the shield pops

It's always 3096 (1329 + 1 sided dice + 80.53% of my spellpower)
