Also, you can check Ubermonkey's Comprehensive Guide here.
And if you're lazy like half of the site, go to his Comprehensive Post About Race->Race MPQs. Scroll down to Horde > Female Orc and look for OrF -> ScM.
That and WoWME should do that trick.
