I have one other question.
I'm now setting up the playerbots module and it says that you need the enUS DBC data in order for spells to work but doesn't that conflict with my extracted DBC data from my deDE client?

Yes, it does conflict, assuming the module requires enUS. You can just use the enUS data pinned in <#316952484566532107> however and still play with a German client.
