Everything is possible in programming.
You've many simple registration pages for AzerothCore. And seeing players on the map is another page (not related).
A just a register page: https://github.com/Ferreira9006/AzerothC...ation-Page
Example of the player map from CC:

These are their seperate pages with their different requirements.
You can take look at (for registration) Acore-CMS and Fusion Gen
