You could change how the command behaves adding a optional parameter and maye a new column in the game_tele.

Any idea how to have a race/class combo start with a racial, with said racial spell being removed when I faction/race change? I ran into the problem of playercreateinfo_spell_custom db not removing the spell so going from blood elf to orc would just give me blood fury and not remove arcane torrent
