I'm interested in building and running AzerothCore on my arch box. I see in the docs that MariaDB is no longer supported. Only MySql 8.0 and 8.4 are supported. In the AUR, there is MySql 9.0.1. Does AzerothCore support 9.0 or should I build 8.4 from source?

9.0 isn’t supported *yet*. If you want help, you’ll want either 8 or 8.4

I was looking at building 8.4 from source and it was a lot more work than I wanted to do just for an experiment. I'm considering either a) a Debian or Ubuntu VM for my server (and run the client on my Arch host) or b) trying 9.0 to see or c) building 8.4 from source after all.
