Do I need a ME fix?
Yes. You can find the latest version of WoWME by Kynox, which I use, here: http://www.mmowned.com/forums/bots-p...fix-kynox.html
How do I install these swaps?
Download the .MPQ file and put it in your World of Warcraft\Data folder, then rename it like so: If you download "patch-<stuff>.MPQ", replace <stuff> with a number between 3 and 6 or a lower case letter from a to z.
Example: "patch-draeneifemale2frostnymphwinter.MPQ" becomes "patch-b.MPQ" or "patch-4.MPQ"
Will other players see this model swap?
Unless someone has the same model swap, only you will be able to see it.
Can I get banned for this?
No. Because nobody else can see you, there is no way for GMs to find out you have got a model swap working. Some people are scared of Warden but so far Kynox seems to be handling things nicely, so I wouldn't worry about it.
What programs did you use to make these swaps?
I used MyWarcraftStudio, DBC Editor and WoW Model Viewer.

I used this guide but nothing happens. Why?!
I had the same problem earlier. The reason behind this may be that either reflex0rzor didn't explain it clearly enough or we're just dumb.
The problem I had is this: In the new CreatureDisplayInfo.dbc, you have to replace fields 1, 3, 6, 7 and 8 not only in the line of the race you want to change, but in the line which has the id (not field1) of the new model. This number appears in field1 on the model's original line. I only understood that a few hours ago. xD
Anything else I should know?
-The size of the nymph seems to change with the size of the race. (not completely sure of this)
-Nymphs only walk back a couple of steps then start walking forward while moving backward.
-Their swimming animation is the same as their walking animation but faster.
-Nymphs have no emote animations.
Whom should I thank for this?
-reflex0rzor for providing this awesome guide and the link to the DBC editor (and probably more stuff that I forgot)
-The creator(s) of wowmodelviewer.org for making WOW Model Viewer, MWCS and other cool software
-tolan for showing me player chars CAN be turned into dryad-like creatures
