Oh yeah, i know, but i want to make public the server. When i put 127.0.0.1 in the auth and world confs, they are working. But when i want to put my public ip in conf files, it doesnt work

You shouldn't forward 3306 unless you actually need to access mysql from outside your own network, which 99.9% of the people don't so just don't forward it.
