EDIT:I made a mistake in the thread title it should be Scourged*. Sorry I am not working on this anymore,maybe i will do it after i finish some other edits,this is really bad.Check my fiery gryphon

Quote: you're screwing up with the skins alpha layers. its why the edges are hard, instead of featherey. i've never totally figured it out, but the method i use (which is probably terrible) is to select the alpha layer, then delete that from the actual skin. it works with some models, but creates black spots on others.

As you can see the green parts should have been invisible (black on the alpha-layer).
