Can’t tell, I just checked if the server loads that setting as a float, which it does.

Rate.Talent = 1 is standard so you get 1 point per level. If you set it to 2 or 3 you get 3 talent points instead of 1 talent point

Yes but if I use for example 1.5 I should get 1 extra point every 2 levels, so in 2 Level up's I would get 3 instead of 2, does that work that way?
